三 | ”巴彦淖尔市委统战部常务副部长秦淮表示，“寻美内蒙古”旨在以发现之眼，展现北疆自然、人文与发展之美，传播好声音、汇聚正能量。         　　秦淮说，巴彦淖尔之美，首先体现在生态治理的成效上。当地正统筹推进山水林田湖草沙一体化保护，“三北”工程累计治理面积超过1800万亩，完成了总任务的三分之二。乌兰布和沙漠东缘的400里“挡沙墙”已全线贯通，林草覆盖率提升至75%以上，入黄输沙量显著下降。乌梁素海投入百亿资金开展综合治理，湖心水质稳定达到Ⅳ类，野生鸟类已恢复至260余种。         　　“作为国家重要的粮油生产基地，巴彦淖尔向日葵种植面积达450万亩，全产业链产值突破200亿元。
